Her experience spans Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Stars performance, member experience, population health, operational excellence, market expansion, and organizational design.
Throughout her career, Jay has advised national and regional health plans, led enterprise and market-level transformation, built quality functions and operational infrastructure, and supported organizations navigating growth, performance pressure, and leadership transition. Her perspective is grounded in the realities of execution — not theory alone.
Today, she serves organizations through executive leadership, strategic consulting, and fractional or interim support. She is the founder of Culturally Elevated, creator of Denominator Intelligence, and creator and author of The Leadership Undercurrent, where she explores the leadership dynamics that shape people, performance, and process.
